Ironbender, still waiting for pi to the 4th place? ***Ironbender is thinking "What is pi?"*** I'll give you a hint---it's not something you eat. You see, people show up here and if their politics don't match yours, you give them sh*t until they leave. I'm not going anywhere, and I fully intend to give your sh*t right back to you in spades. This is an open website---it doesn't belong to conservatives, neo-cons, NRA members, tea baggers, Sarah Palin worshippers, or Republicans who molest little boys on a regular basis. It's open to everyone. Get used to it. For a guy who bends iron, there's a lot of rust in your shorts. Maybe you should think about a bath.

Uriah, I used the words "free to ignore". Last time I checked, "free" meant a person could exercise their choice. I didn't direct him to do anything. Uriah, I realize it's probably a $.25 word to you, but can you even spell dictionary? You know, it's one of those big books that you probably steered clear of before you dropped out in the 9th grade. Dumbphukks do have a tendency to defend dumbphukks so I will not fault you in that regard. Travis

Last time I checked Ptarmigan, this was an open forum. To my knowledge, people of all types, and all political persuasions are open to contribute and participate, unless this is like the NRA, which started with a good mission, but became corrupted by conservative politics in the 70s and 80s. I'm here to stir the pot, ask questions, point out the fallacy in people's beliefs and maybe open them up to the possibility that there is more than one way to look at things. Before the 2nd Amendment, there is the 1st Amendment. I think the Framers put them in order of importance.

Personally, I don't mind him here.
I'd gladly compare and contrast conservative principles against progressive ones.

True, but when he wants to "stir the pot" I don't think he wants to "compare & contrast."
Also think he's troll who uses more than one online name. Say so because he regestired 12-08-10 and this is the first I've seen him here and only 29 posts. I smell a "manconlee" rat.

HAJ, they don't argue without lies they heard on NBC and they consider those lies as facts. Bush caused the banking housing crisis by not using the FBI to arrest frank and Dodd and single handidly repealing their control of the Carter and Clitman directed unsecured housing loans and allowed the Dimocraps on the banking committees to swear all was swell with Freddy Mae and fanny Mac. It's bushes fault. 800 years ago Greenland was green and grew grapes for wine. Now its white but we have global warming. It's a proven scientific fact because 20,000 scientists financed by the taxpayer at the behest of the Dimocrap party say so.

Is that 1st amendment thingy confined to a little roped-off piece of the parking lot out back? no but it applies to what the feds cant do.....not what happens on a privately owned website any more than it applies under the roof of my house

Sorry Rattler, I should have included the smiley face sarcasm icon. It was directed to Isaac's post agreeing with before the second amendment there is the first amendment. If we side with the feds., our first amendment free speech zone will be a little 50 ft. x 50 ft. isolated area out in dogpatch Nevada. If we bow down to harry reid and his cronies, maybe he'll give us a 50 ft. x 50 ft. 2nd amendment zone.

All that is fine in principle, but you surely are aware that it is trolling to deliberately "stir the pot" when these threads degenerate. As for Obama's repeated references to his killing Bin Laden, having read the background makes me very skeptical of his real role. As I understand, the military and Panetta had been working on this for some time. They regularly encountered strong resistance from Valerie Jarrett, Senior Advisor to POTUS and all-around henchman, former Chicago pol and close friend and former boss to Michelle. Check her background and heavy influence on him. She reportedly several times advised him to cancel the search for political reasons (risk of backlash if it failed). Her advice to him on a variety of issues has been a disaster. Finally, others set up the raid and put it in progress without her knowledge, calling Obama off the golf course as it was in the countdown. Look at the pictures of the war room with Obama in golf clothes. He looks like he has no clue. He had very little to do with it other than acquiesce.

Hey turd-o-hood Who are you to be calling anyone out on spelling-$.25 word or not- when you can't even get the $.02 words used correctly (or spelled right - whichever the case may be.) My my, my, news spreads fast. It seems that with the exception of Antlers, some of you fellows are Hell bent on dissecting me, trying to find out who I am, where I am, etc. I am amazed that asking a few questions of such simple minds could sew such fear. And you see, that's really what it's all about---I have asked a few questions and the answers scare you. And the truth shall set you free...or scare the [bleep] out of you. Well have at it guys. The correct spelling should be "sow" BTW. (Some people may fear sewing since it involves sharp instruments. "Sow" - as in broadcast- OTOH, is what I suspect you meant, not the female pig.)

I intend to exercise my right to speak, and nobody is going to threaten me into silence. Actually it is a private forum, owned by Rick Bin. You are not entitled to free speech in a private forum. Your post can be altered and/or deleted as the Moderator and/owner sees fit The 1st Amendment protects your free speech from the Government, not private citizens.
