My little .32 long buddies.

I'm going to go put some together with Titewad and some o'them 71 grain FMJ's made for the .32 auto.

,...yet another load for which there is absolutely no data for.

,..shoot 'em out of a trio of 90 year old revolvers.

Range day tomorrow!

I'm going to have to ask you to secure the happiness.

Seriously though, my buddy has a 4 inch model 31 in his shop with a square butt and flat latch. The finish is well worn, but it looks like it would be a hoot to shoot with full wadcutters.

Good luck with your 32's.

Old .32 long revolvers are an aquired taste.

I bought a little 4 1/4" I frame on a whim one day and liked it so much that I bought another one. Then I bought a dandy little Colt Police Positive at a gunshop in Paducah.

They had it priced low because they thought that it was chambered for the old obsolete .32 Colt cartridge. (some of them were)

You can tell the difference, because those chambered in .32 Colt had cylinders that are bored straight through.

Those chambered in .32 long have a step in the cylinder.

They had some .32 long ammo priced right, so I asked the guy for a box of 50.

He said, "They won't fit",...didn't want to sell them to me.

I had already looked at the chambers and saw the step cut into them.

I just asked him to slip one in the cylinder.

It slid into it slick as a whistle.

It was made in 1920.

It'll do this with Hornady 90 grain hollow base wadcutters over 1.8 grains of Bullseye.

I'm curious to see what it'll do with wadcutters and Titewad.

I'm liking this Titewad as an ultra fast handgun propellant.

It meters better than Bullseye in tiny increments.

That was Leroy Brown's pocket pistol...

I always thought a Rook rifle with a can in .32 long would be a great deal of fun. Would be skookum on crows camped out under a pecan tree.

No can,...but an "0" buckshot stuffed into a cut back 32-20 case over 1.5 grains of Bullseye with a dab of liquid alox on the tip doesn't make much noise out of one of these,...and it ought to be plenty for a crow.

Spin a can in that bastard and load some of these at about 1000 fps and have more fun than a Saturday night in a whorehouse. would be good for pigs too.

By God, B. I'd drive you around just to watch you hang that out the window to shoot a groundhog.

I used to do that with some guys in Cynthiana.

One driving the pick up and 4 guys in the back with .243's and a fifth of liquor.

People would go nuts if they saw a crew like that coming down the road these days,...even in Cynthiana.

Good folks around there. They don't really care how much you want to shoot your 32's.

These little round nose 71 grain bullets are almost all ogive.

,...had to employ the doo-dad to get them started straight into the case.

This thing comes in handy.

The guy I bought the land off of is living in a cabin he built up on the mountain over it.

He's turned out to be a real good guy.

Pretty much plain vanilla.

Just something cheap and easy to play with in my old .32's.

FMJ looks better than I expected. Joking aside there are some good folks down that way.

Next time you head down there, you'll have to drift down to Whitley City and check out Big M discount.

Dave has a pile of stuff down there.

give me a yell when you head down this summer and I'll head down there with you.
