Obama believes you dont own your money and the government should supply all your needs.
Check it out:

In the budget proposal he presented to Congress last month, President Barack Obama called for what would be the highest level of sustained taxation ever imposed on the American people, according to the analysis published last week by the Congressional Budget Office.

Under Obamas proposal, taxes would rise from 17.6 percent of Gross Domestic Product in 2014 to 19.2 percent in 2024. During the ten years from 2015 to 2024, federal taxation would average 18.7 percent GDP.

America has never been subjected to a ten-year stretch of taxation at that level.

I don't understand why libtards think like this. I also don't understand why they can't or won't cut out redundancy and waste out of government. Some of the programs, research and international welfare they fund is just unthinkable to me.

Allow me to explain. In the middle ages, we had church/state theocratic monarchies. The Renaissance gave birth to many movements in science, philosophy, and politics. Hegel was the father of "higher criticism", modern atheism's fore runner. Hegel postulated that as one "divine ruler/monarch" after another fell from power, that the state itself would have to assume the mantle of a god. That is what we are up against.

Because they believe that cutting government spending/programs is detrimental to the economy.

Fixed it

"For every dollar a person receives in food stamps, Pelosi said that $1.79 is put back into the economy." This speaks for itself.

Laws aren't preventative measures. In other words, more laws won't prevent gun crime from happening.

That's called Democratic Economics, hence the 17 trillion and climbing debt. Welfare, Obamacare, gov dependency equals votes. That's how they win elections my friend.

one reason I hesitate to post on this board anymore is because anything I write tends to cause the bristles on the back of one's neck to rise up, in one sub-group or another.

but, in reality, if we had taxes levied to support gov't building programs for roads, bridges, tree-planting, dams, hospitals, etc. it would assist in helping society and would employ tons of people. wages paid equals spending or buying power.

automation allows a very few to feed the masses. gainful employment is about as rare as the dodo bird. what we need is a better vision of the future. can the publicans trump the demo's?

LOLOLOL
One thing for sure is when the republicans say they will cut taxes, those cuts won't go to individuals but will be given to the corporations. Over the years the revenue from income taxes paid by individuals vs corporations has ranged from roughly an even split to an unsustainable ratio of 6 to 1 in 2009.

The end of democracy, and the defeat of the American Revolution will occur when government falls into the hands of lending institutions and moneyed incorporations.

Real simple concept...

Liberals and Democrats and Commies are real good at spending everyone else's money, on their wants, needs and desires...trying to create their own little utopia...so they can feel good about themselves... and they LOVEthe concept of thinking they are 'changing the world'...

its an ideological mindset of some 13 year old that never figured out the concept of growing up and being part of the real world...its a mental disease

The problem is that Keynesian multiplier is always less than one, thus each dollar removed from the private sector capital pool for government use shrinks the economy.

Unlike the True God, the god you allude to can be made dead. That's how you fix it.

The dims push communism. Only the most mentally elite seem to prefer it. Chitt. Here we go again.

Our health care system or our wealth, did not develop from communism, though it and socialism is now destroying it.

Votes and kickbacks......

Biden's most truthful quote ever came during his first press conference, 03/25/21.
Drum roll please...... "I don't know, to be clear." and THAT is one promise he's kept!!!
