In case you still want to know, I think $750-800 is about right. not including any premium for the chambering.

What would you consider a reasonable premium for it being chambered in either .260 or 6.5?

Personally, I would not pay more than $850, but at the end of the day it is worth whatever somebody will pay for it. Only you can decide.

You'll want a Winchester to look at and a Tikka to shoot. That's what happened to me.. both in 6.5x55.
