Winchester M 70 Alaskan in either .338 Win or .375 H&H? If,so what do you think of it?

True,but about $600-700 less.

I've looked at the new 338 Alaskan's and they are nice rifles. The 375 H&H that I looked at, not so much...It may have just been that one rifle because it was on clearance. The wood was plain jane and the fit wasn't all too good. Handling those really made me appreciate mine more, to tell you the truth..

Thanks BSA,gonna wait and get a Pre '64 Alaskan. smile

Don't know which caliber,but most likely a .338 Win mag as the .375 H&H is a little on the steep side(it's worth it).
