I have my 100 yard range about 30 steps off my patio. It helps to have it close. But, I have been in your position and didn't care for it much.

Lucky bastids. I can only get about 350 yds, but my bench is only about 40 paces from my back door.
4 out of 5 Great Lakes prefer Michigan.

Mr. Mulhern, do you have the plans for that mobile shooting bench?
I really like the looks of that.

Ed No sir...I was flying when I had this made by a friend as I didn't have time to 'wipe' back then! Top is a plastic material from Lowe's, steel is 1" square tubing, tires are solid from the Tractor Store, and it has a 6' length tow bar with ball hitch. Seat top is a mild steel with a solid bar welded to bottom which slides down in another piece of square tubing, adjustable for height. https://flic.kr/p/e7duBg
