Finally got to see it last night. It's out now on Netflix. Don't know how Accuate it is to the real story, but I thought is was a damn good movie. I'd Definately recommend it.

I enjoyed it. For a modern war movie I think they did a decent job of showing both how bad a$$ and yet how human the guys were.

Got it from Netflix and watched it last nite. Good movie. Seen about a dozen Iraq / Afghanistan war movies. Some good and some bad. I would put Lone Survivor near the top of the list.

The movie is good, the book is a lot better.
Basically, the movie is about 60% of the book, accurate but incomplete. Like most books, it would take a 4+ hour movie to do it justice. If you have the time, read the book. Last fall, I had some time off work, and read 16 books over 3 months. Lone survivor was one of the best, along with "With the Old Breed".
