I bought a new Binwell (USA) 2 post about 10-12 years ago. 9000 lbs.
Excellent lift. About $3200.00 then.
However , there is a good lift that you can roll around with a vehicle on it. Don't recall name.

Appreciate the guidance. I am a year or so away of the need but you have provided much food for thought.

Now I'm not saying you should go 2 over 4 but the 4 post gives you storage under it. Park a car on it, raise it and keep one under it. I'm not sure if that's an option on the 2 post or not.

You go with the option of both, like a guy down the road from me.

I keep a pickup or car on the 2 post all the way up�.no problem.

Whatever you do, buy quality and watch the install, unless you do it yourself. We had 2 Mohawk 10K asymmetricals. A lot of shops in our area went with cheaper Eagle lifts and had issues with build quality. The reps did stand behind them though. Research all of them, some need very little maintenance, some youll be working on the everyday. God luck!
