I bought these new from Cabelas in January and I used it one day on a 3 day hunt. If I could find the box it could easily pass as brand new. Any mark or scuff in the below pics are from the camera glare. I can not find a scuff, scratch or mark anywhere. They are in 100% condition. $300 + shipping

Good luck with the sale. I have this very model and took a doe in the late evening at 538 yards with the help of this rangefinder. This company gives a lifetime warrantee with their range finders as well. You will have a hard time finding a comparable warrantee with any other rangefinder.

Does this rangefinder display an angle-compensated distance reading or is it the earlier model?

Yes, every vortex ranger 1000 does. I'm not sure what earlier model you are referring too. This is the only Vortex range finder I have seen.
