For sale BlackHole Weaponry 6.5 PCC barrel (6.5 Patriot Combat Cartridge).

I have to many AR projects going so this one needs to go. It is as new from Blackhole unfired. It does have some light marks in the bead blasted finish. Like it may have come in contact with other barrels, not bad but thats the way it was when I picked it up.

The 6.5 PCC is based on the .223/5.56 cartridge necked up to 6.5. The case is formed by full length sizing a .223/5.56. Then trimming the over all cartridge length to 1.645, then running them through the 6.5 PCC full length die. I do not have a set of dies for it but I do have set on hold with CH4D. So a set is available with out a wait.

I will include 170 or so LC-08 trimmed to length(1.645) cases that have been necked up to .257 to make the final necking up in the 6.5 PCC die easier.

The barrel from Blackhole is around 350.00 delivered in the configuration it's in and a minimum 12 week wait.

I will sell the barrel and the brass shipped for 250.00 PayPal plus fee or as gift.

.223 left, 6.5 PCC with a 100gr Nosler BT right.

Smack , what kind of velocity can you get with the 100 gr Bullet?

I have never shot the 16" barrel but they are getting 2708fps out of 18" 6.5 PCC and a 28.4gr charge of H335, CCI small rifle magnum primer and a 100gr bullet parked on top.

The 85gr bullets are pushing out at 2860fps from a 18" barrel with a little over 30gr of H335.

I felt it would make for a wicked coyote calling carbine.

I doubt the two inches less barrel would give up much. I purchased a 6.5x6.8 SPC barrel and that's why I decided I don't need this one. But the fact you can run inexpensive .223/5.56 brass is attractive.

The 3P rifling is fast!

Any idea what kind of speeds you might get from a 123 amax?

Around 2300 FPS and maybe change out of a 16" barrel.

I sure wish this was one of their 25x45 barrels.
