It's been a fun project so far. I ran 203 brand new Sako brand 222 brass through the 6x222 dies yesterday to make some brass. I already formed 200 LC 223 brass into 6x222 so I'm well stocked for brass now.

I had lots of down time on night shift last hitch so I ran the numbers on a bunch of powders and bullets through Quick Loads. I now have more combos than I probably have time to test.

As far as testing bullets on fur, I think I'll limit that to two or three bullets. I'll try the Hornady 80 FMJ, although I have my doubts about it. I think Ill focus on the Speer 80 grain spitzer and the Sierra 85 grain BTHP Gameking. Both bullets should expand a little but at 6x222 velocities shouldn't be to damaging on fur. At least that's the theory. May include the Remington 80 grain Core Lokt in the bunch. I have a fair supply of those.

Chronographs, bore scopes and pattern boards have broke a lot of hearts.
