Yep and 12 jurors found OJ Simpson innocent as well. So you are right pretty simple. Wrong. Twelve jurors said the state hadn't proved their case against OJ beyond any reasonable doubt. That's quite a thing apart from Jesse's case, whatever you think of the Simpson verdict (which I think was wrong). All the Chris Kyle defense team needed to do was to provide sufficient evidence to the jury that they could conclude that there was at least a 51% chance that Chris Kyle was not lying. They couldn't even meet that very easy standard. hawk- Were you in the courtroom? Did you hear all the testimony? do you know who testified? Do you know who was not available to testify Do you know any details? or are you just, Oh I don't know....guessing?

I'll disagree Jordan. It's the principle to me. I have no doubt that no account jackass said what Chris said, and that Chris knocked him on his ass for it. As we all know, juries are not infallible and this is another example of that, IMO. When Jesse got elected Gov., I thought it was a good thing for someone to triumph against conventional wisdom, but now think he is just another ass with a big mouth. I would not be saddened to read of his demise.
