Or drummies. Tried something new, I usually season and grill. I brined them for 24hrs then buttermilk for 24, seasoned and grilled. Added a whole new flavor.

I loves me some wings! I usually grill/smoke mine. Has anyone noticed how expensive chicken wings are? $2.79/lb at my local Safeway.....a flat of drumsticks, $1.79/lb.
I think wings are the chicken equivalent of flank steak. Mediocre but popular piece of meat.
The woods and the water recharge my batteries.

In the fridge. I ,used a very hot seasoning on 1/2 and mild on the other 1/2.
