Every person black or guilty white needs to be sent a bill or a fine for all damages and costs associated. Catalog all their faces and hold them liable, seek blanket judgement against them. Restitution due in full or 6 months in jail.

Instead of calling for a special prosecution, don't you think he would want a full investigation of the facts first. Comments like his can influence a jury and that is simply unacceptable.

I can't fathom that someone in a leadership position would publicly call for a "Vigorous Prosecution" of a Police Officer without the investigation being completed....
