When I was driving back from town early this afternoon it was raining and 43 F. I thought to myself "I'll bet we're getting termination dust on the mountains. It cleared up some later and there it was: termination dust. To paraphrase Arnie "SUMMER IS TERMINATED"

Maybe it'll follow me to Savage Fest. I'm sure we got more last night but the clouds are covering the view. Once it clears up I'll take some more photos of the view from here. David

As far as I am concerned you can keep all your "termination dust" out west this winter. I am still getting over all the snow plowing I did last winter. Not looking forward to winter.

Come on down this way then. Heat advisory for dangerous heat today.
105 in the shade right now. The breeze helps quite a bit though, if not it would be stupid, humidity around 85%. Ugh.

Heat index here 110-112 all week, spending today in the conditioned air. What part of Wyoming are you in?

near Pinedale. I'm a native of Ocala, Fl. Don't do Fl. in the Summer. I'll never make the annual family reunion in Aug. I painted houses for a Summer job while in High School and JC. Went other places where it wasn't hot and humid in the Summer while in the military and swore I'll never go to the SE again in Summer. It's a balmy 53 F here right now which is below normal.

Very nice. Pretty hot here on the ol' bear hunt yesterday. Had to think twice about whether I wanted a bear on the ground or not.

over here in west Texas, we're not doing the "ice bucket" challenge for just a single charity. usually 7 or 8 charities just to stay cool I'm very envious wyo1895.
