The government plans these shootings by targeting kids from kindergarten that the government thinks they can control with drugs until the appropriate time--DerbyDude

That was the result of generations of selective in-breeding at work there. I see his Silver-ay-do has the factory heated tailgate option. I hear it comes in real handy in the winter, but have no first-hand experience at pushing trucks (see avatar).

Having owned and driven both brands from 1950 onwards, I can state that:

Fords and Mercury's run with more parts missing.
Ford's V-8's after the flathead were not an improvement.
Ford's leak oil so you know where it should be parked.
Ford transmissions don't need second gear.
Ford engineers create problems making things better.
An old Ford appears ready for scrapping.
An old Chevy looks like a classic ready for restoration.
Chevy's, if they start, will continue to run.
Chevy seat springs do not need as many blankets to soften the ride.
Chevy did not produce a V-8 until they got it right.

But the difference between Chevy and Ford owners is that Chevy owners walk to town for parts much less than Ford owners.

just sort of random observations:

In Mooresville, NC, I was looking at houses in one neighborhood, and passed a nice house, not huge, but a nice 3-4 bedroom brick house, with a detached garage, also done in brick. Above the big garage door, set in contrasting brick, was the Chevy logo.

Gotta admit I haven't seen too many Ford logos set in brick. Of course, the rounded blue oval and script letters would be a nightmare in brick, anyway smile

I've owned a bunch of Fords, and have had good results on all of them. But if they don't quit getting so arrogant about it, I see a Ram in my future...

And I like Corvettes, too... smirk

Ford owners are American to the core and don't support the Muslim by buying his product.

Don't blame him that his name isn't a respectable name like Joe, Mike, or Bob.

Seriously, it was funny? Maybe it was the excessive cuss words...not for me.

Not a lot of difference, really, between Ford and Chevy owners. I mean, big, multi-national corporations can get them to buy their inferior, foreign-made trucks by waving the flag, sponsoring sports events, and appealing to their patriotism...come on...

The real difference is 9 billion dollars. Ford still owes the federal government 6 billion from 2009 and the net loss on the recent GM bailout is 15 billion. That actually adds up to 21 billion dollars that was spent buying union votes (a big reason I'm now driving a Tundra).
