Try a tuner on that 54. Not trying to get in your business but a 54
Shooting good ammo will benefit. Lots of people think voodoo about
Them but they work on rimfires.

Yep. A 54 action is as fine as has ever been built in my opinion.
The trigger is the best of any factory made rimfire that I have
Personally used. With exception of one rifle. That would be a Suhl-150
,I have both. The suhl's have better barrels from the factory. And very
Good triggers also. But the very best accuracy from either will require a
Tuner. Mine no longer have factory barrels but I shoot IR 50/50 and have gotten
Deep in the game. Have watched your post about shooting long with
The 22 and I am intrigued by your results. Have shot to 400 yds before
And have always thought about what you are doing. I am a lurker and
Don't post much but what you are doing interest me.

I should have a couple more at the house, when I get home.

A Tuner isn't happening in my A/O for my pursuits. I was lucky enough to find a good supply of a lot that my 54's love and it's all about reading wind.

It does seem like stretching a 22LR out to 45+ Mils on the other side of it's 50yd zero, would be fun...............(grin)

Isn't interesting, that a guess is as good as you can ever do?

That consistency must be VERY "rewarding"?..................

The man gave you a gunsmith (I think) and they are bouncing your thread to the top, so it can be seen. I don't see a problem. miles

Also bs'ed a bit about his Annie repeater conversions that I'd heard about..(hint)

Give him a call Gary, I'm sure he could help.
