Wow................. You should get sporterized Mosin-Nagant. Just the ticket for playing rough in Alaska Paradise. Very suitable to fellas that wear ball cap backwards.

Hey Slavek, You got a picture of your rifle? If you already posted one I missed it in all the BS slung by BS.

Looking forward to the pictures. Great, classic round with near-identical ballistics as the 300 WSM and arguably the smoothest feeder you'll ever own. It is also very easy to load for. Both of mine shoot 180gr and 200gr bullets to the same POI out to 200 yards. Three shots at 100 with 180gr TTSXs from my McMillan stocked pre-64...

Doesn't get much better than that, as far as I'm concerned..
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

I did buy the rifle and it's coming home. Will post pics when I get it. I look forward to seeing it and hearing how it works out for you. I have a feeling you will fall in love with it. You'll like how slick feeding and accurate it is. Trust me. What scope are you going to run?
