john843 Campfire Regular J Joined: Nov 2013 Posts: 1,296 s.c. coast	I live about 15 miles from the "Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum". It is right on I-95 in Pooler, Ga. (suburb of Savannah) at mile marker 102. There is a restored B-47 on the grounds about 90 feet from the interstate, you can't miss it. If you are traveling through the Savannah area, it is definitely worth the time. They have a fully restored B-17, The "City Of Savannah" inside the museum in addition to a couple of inter-active displays and a German rocket plane. Can easily spend half a day there. John
