I just picked one of these up on GB for my father that only has the .45acp cylinder. Rugers page doesn't show the .45LC cyl on their parts available page.

How hard will it be to get the LC cylinder?

They need to be fitted more often than not. If it was a convertible it can be sent to Ruger. If it was built strictly as an ACP only gun, I'm not sure if the factory will fit one or not but plenty of gunsmiths will.

Do you have a pic.

I really enjoy ACP single actions. Quite practical field guns. Just as an FYI in case you did not know, 1911 mags make great "speed loaders" for single action .45 ACP revolvers.

Ruger made some special runs last year that were .45acp only. Look for a spare at a Gunshow. Easily fitted by a competent Smith.

Or just have Hamilton Bowen build you a new cylinder line bored to your revolver.
Not cheap but you will be amazed at the accuracy!

Ruger doesn't sell cylinders, have to send the gun to them to have one fitted.

From their website:

Fit new cylinders, single and double action revolvers - $50.00, does not include cost of parts and shipping.

A quick call to their CS department would get a price quote on the cylinder. Knowing Ruger it's probably pretty reasonable.

When the cylinders are in stock at Numrich, they run less than $90. I can't imagine Ruger being considerably more than that.

Thanks Guys. Was not aware of Hamilton Bowen but it sounds I maybe should check him out.
