338WIN Campfire Regular Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,042 Bothell, WA USA	I've still a fixed scope fan, but after putting a 4-12 with a bdc turret on it and dialing a perfect 300 yard shot last year I would say a 4-16x40 something with a BDC turret would be great if you are shooting beyond 400 yards.
