I have an early 80's Ruger Mark I 5 1/2" heavy barrel target pistol that I am considering selling. Gun is in excellent shape except for a small nick in front sight. Not sure what this may be worth ?

I assume no box or papers and one mag? Does it have standard adjustable rear sights or the earlier "micro" adjustable rears? Wood or plastic grips?
I bought a MKI 5.5 bull barrel with the micro sight, factory wood target grips and one mag in 95% condition for $300. Assuming you have the more common rear sight, one mag and plastic grips I would guess $300 +/- $25.
It helps if is old enough to be a pre warning barrel.
I have seen LNIB examples sell for $500 so there seems to be a pretty wide range on them.

I will take a closer look. It has plastic grips and a white outline adjustable rear sight, not sure if it is a micro sight or not. No box, (1) steel factory magazine and (1)Ramline polymer magazine. Bluing is excellent. I will look at the barrel - I believe it is pre-warning.

300-325.00 as mentioned above, 350.00 to the right buyer.
Mark II's have really jumped in price the last couple of years, but have softened a bit lately I believe.
