A buddy and I are looking at possibly hunting with Craig Smith of Tripple Three outfitters next year for Elk and lope, deer on a trophy fee basis. Everything I have found on the web seems to be very positive on every aspect if his opporation. Just seeing if anyone has actually hunted with him here. He hunts private land on the east side of the Bighorn Mts in Central Wyoming. Thanks in advance. Joel.

Joel,
I'm sure you'll get some response soon.
I give you credit, most guys book with an outfitter, then come here and ask if anyone has hunted with them. grin grin

To damn much money to waste on a crappy outfitter. I ALWAYS do my research.

I checked on Nexthunt and Tripple Three has 5 out of 5 stars on their reviews form 103 reviews. He must be doing something right. Just want to see if anybody here has hunted with them.

I haven't hunted with them, but I know Craig. I think you'll have a good hunt.

I have done some camp set ups and other work for Craig, he is a decent guy and has some very good areas to hunt, PM if you have any questions.

Joel:

I have done research on Triple Three Outfitters in the past & did not find 1 bad comment about them - seems they run a very good hunting operation.

Joel,

I hunted with Bear Track last fall. Based in Buffalo also. Pete Dube runs a great camp, but just mulies and pronghorn. No elk. The hunters in camp are a mixed bag though, some guys bring their 300 Win Mags and miss everything they shoot at....

Good luck!
