I took a class where we slapped each other kinda like in that video. It was weird but it taught you to keep your eyes open and control your breathing, it was actually slightly useful. But we couldn't do sissy slaps like those guys were. You just had to breathe through it and get hits while guys were pimp slapping you until their hands hurt. Weird, but worth doing once I guess. One advantage to the system outlined in the YouTube video is that you can slap yourself and skip needing buddies by simply pulling the trigger when the gun is up against the face gagsta style in position 2.
