Called Swarovski customer service today... "Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring... click... (disconnected)."

I've heard about how great their C/S is, but if they don't even answer the phone...

I love my EL 10x42. Swarovski is always very helpfull any time I call I have sent mine back two times just for cleaning and up dates never any problems great people to. They never answered the phone pour you call back they will take care of you.

Don't know how anyone can fault one of the best known warranty companies in the world.

Swaro sets the standard for customer service, even if the phone goes unanswered occasionally.

"Ring, ring, ring, click" sounds like a phone issue, not a Swarovski issue.

Swarovski has some of the best service in the industry, in my experience.

Email is the easiest way to get a hold of em. I lost a scope cap once. Sent them an email and they sent me a replacement. It was the wrong one lol. I emailed them back and they s nt the correct one. Both no charge.

Got through today and spoke to Melissa. The rangefinder needs to go back to Austria for repair, 6-8 week estimate. They are going to send a loaner to get me through blacktail season.
