actually prefer his current role in 'Ray Donovan' to most anything but its a TV show and not a movie

My favorite is Run Away Train I've never seen Voight stumble in a role. He was great in Deliverance. Maybe his worst was Return to Lonesome Dove, a mini series. Runaway Train was indeed very good. I think that possibly the best role I've seen him in though was as the ex-con in Heat.
