How difficult is 25 35 and 30 40 Savage to find in the Red Top Notch boxes. Seen some yesterday at show and was pretty pricey.(over $100.) Never seen either cal previously in those boxes. Rarity on 1-10. GW

Yes it was 25-20 Top Notch. My mistake.

Owner also had some other unusual Savage items. Box of 303 bullets marked "Savage 303 minitures." and a exp Savage cartridge that the bullet is wire wrapped. Didn't see them but stated he had them in storage. Anyone ever heard of the last two items and what the value might be? GW

I have the .303 miniature box as you described it. Not in the greatest shape though.



I've also got this one in .22 Hornet that is rarely seen. I think I paid aout $30 for it years ago. Not Top Notch, though.

I have a full box of 25-20, paid 50.00 for it a couple of years back also have beat up box of 32-20. One id like to get is the 22HP

The wire wrapped box would be a good one to own! Do you remember the box color?

He just had one round and it was the bullet that was wire wrapped. I didn't see it, stated it was in storage. Hopefully will be making contact with him and see the articles next week. GW

I have a box of Top Notch HP -22. Box is a little ragged, but all 20 shells are in it.
