If you stick with the video until the end, it lists videos of other folks who deemed it wise to mouth off to judges in open court.

I've dealt with that attitude (almost exclusively from the same sort) hundreds of times. I wish I could do what that judge did. Worst I can do is send them to the Dean's Office.

Meh...the judge came off more like a bitch than she did. She doesn't care. She is unemployed and can't go home. She might as well stay in jail.
Jail, even prison, isn't much of a deterrent to a lot of those people. I've had plenty of clients who consider probation to be a bigger pain in the ass than prison...you can't get high on probation. They would rather do more time in order to be "off paper" as they call it when they get out.

America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.
