What do you think about this forearm? I'm not going to speculate, just throw it up for comment. 24" barrel... Is not factory drilled and tapped for scope. I do not have the #. You have one of these don't you? The only thing I'm concerned about is that the forearm is so much oversized where it meets the receiver, that doesn't look factory fit, but everything else points to it being factory. Don't forget that these rifles were made during the Great Depression and that some variation in style may be more credited to a need for manufacturing expediencies rather than intentional design.
