Ingwe, I have some pretty close friends who could probably teach you a thing or two. I wasn't always a priest, so not much shocks me.

I actually bid on a custom Mauser G33/40 last night. Caliber unknown, but "probably" a 7x57. I didn't win, the other guy clearly wanted it badly.

You know, I got to thinkin' about this. You admitted to wearing tennis shoes on an African safari, and you're chiding me because I use the same old Gerber I've used for years to skin out a pig? There's something about a pot and a kettle in that.

It started life as a Ruger M77 30.06 ultra light. Had it rebarreled with a Douglas #1 at 23". Karnis reshaped the stock.

I may, I just picked up a Winchester Pre 64, that I may have done similar.

I currently, have a 1909 action getting done up in .350 Rigby, so I really want to take it!

That's a nice rifle. Karnis doing the Rigby? I don't see much posting out of him anymore. Folks on the 'fire run him off?

Carlos is not doing this one.

No, he hasn't been run off, just going through some medical issue and doesn't feel like posting much. I will see him today.

Sorry to hear that. He's never met me, but if you would, give him my best when you see him. He's a talented fellow.

Glad to see you got out of bed.

Yeah, I've heard that, but it has less to do with being a minister than it has to do with being a parent. whistle

I kinda tried being a parent. ( married a woman with kids..)

I think I'd make a better minister. I abhor children.
