there are some pictures, no rust and seller does a pretty good job in the description

Never had a fifth wheel and only pulled small trailer a few times. 6 passenger. Runs & drives like new. Very well taken care of. No issues. Clean & straight. Toyo open country A/T tires. LT265/70R17 w/ approx 15k miles. New brakes, exhaust, trans. service & engine service. 2 new interstate batteries.

I have been tossing around the idea of a diesel for a couple of months and this one caught my eye.

I'm not a diesel guy, but I seem to remember that 2007 was the year that the new emissions motors roled out. I believe you could buy the old motor and the new motor as new 2007's from Dodge. I know the older motor was much more highly valued than the new motor and there were some problems with the new motors the first model years. Might check into it to see which engine this is....

Early 07's had the 5.9 as indicated in the ad the OP posted, vs the newer 6.7 that did have problems with the DPF the first few years and most of those problems were with people who used them as daily drivers and never really got them hot enough from time to time.

Anyways, up until a week ago today I love my '07 5.9 and it sounds like a decent price. Didn't know they still made crank windows though..

My '07 was running perfectly and I was 36 miles East of Sturgis, SD when the check engine light went on and it went into limp mode. No reception, no traffic to speak of and I limped it back into Sturgis. 728.00 later I was back on the road. Had no. 3 injector go out at 82,500 miles. At 70,000 miles I installed an additional 2 micron filter in hopes of prolonging my injector life but I guess the damage had already been done.

Cal: You might want to check the insulating rubber mount around all other injectors. On my 2005 Cummins, the number 4 went out due to vibration. The vibrations actually wore through the rubber mount and wore a hole in the injector pipe (fuel line). I was smelling diesel around the drivers side by the windshield but couldn't see any problem. I was out of state on a hunt. It cost me $425.00 and a day late returning home. Seems to be a pretty common problem and my son's 2006 had the same problem.

Duk, thanks for the heads up but that's something I check from time to time and have a spare no.4 as apparently that's the most common one to go.

I carry a spare belt, etc. as well and have always been going to carry a spare injector just didn't think I had much to worry about at this point. Guess it's a lesson learned, will plan on changing them all come spring as that truck pretty much sits in the garage most of the winter.
