Anyone running 43.0 grains? That's a grain over max load for 95 grain partition according to Hodgdon. Where are y'all maxing out?

41.5 has always been just right for me, in every gun tried.

41-42gr for me. 43 might get a little hot. You could try it and just watch the chrono real close?

I went ahead and tried it. 42.5 first then 43.0. No signs you typically look for, not that anyvof them are necessarily present when your too hot. Unfortunately, my chrono didnt't register a single shot. Piece of junk. Too sunny I guess. Anyways, I only wanted to press because groups seemed to be tightening up as I worked up to 42.0, but they still weren't great. ~1.25" @ 100 was best. I thought maybe I was getting close a node. Results were good; 0.81" @ 42.5 & 0.69" @ 43.0. Studying pressures I've found listed, I don't think I'm in a danger zone, especially since the SAAMI max for 243 is 60000 psi (the 6mm is 65000 psi). Nonetheless, I'll feel better if/when I get a confirming chrono reading.
