Are you sure they have to send a conquest to Germany?
This is news to me.

The HD5s are made in Germany, so I guess that's why they have to go back there if in need of repair. The previous Conquest were made here in the USA and IIRC, were also repaired here in the US.

I sent a Dialtal (made in Germany) in to have the reticle changed and ASV+ turrets installed. It had to go back to Germany to be done, and because of that, the process was VERY lengthy.

Using factory ammo in a full custom rifle. No less, they are still "the best"

My shots run anywhere from 10 yards to 100 yards on my property. Which Nightforce would you recommend?

I think you're just being a smart ass now...

I just watched a show on Bubbavision where the guy shot a Dall sheep at 200 yards with his Nightforce cranked up to 20X

Using that as a guideline, for your property, you'll need a 1-10X variable....

I'd splurge and go with nosler custom ammo because it costs more.

DB, is another miracle product as advertised on "Bubbavision." Along with the others mentioned, are the barrel De-Resonator, and maybe a dozen more I don't know about.

If "the barrel De-Resonator" is the rubber donut looking thing one occasionally sees they work! At least they sure did on the two rifles I tried them on.

OK, you made me google it. Hard to believe the stuff that sells. Fully expecting a counterpoint post any minute extolling its virtues.
