For 130 and 140 grain bullets. Thinking of running the 130 TTSX and the 140 Accubond. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Andy

I use 7828 in mine. Gives good speed and accuracy. So far I only use the 130 partition and 130 Etip, but it works with those.

I will follow this thread attentively.

My son owns a 1966 Sauer-made Mark-V with a 1 in 12" rifling twist that poses problems with bullets over 130 grains.

I anybody has a clue I am interested...

I use 73grs of RL22 and 130TTSX. Out of a 26"bbl that's getting me 3430ft/sec. and very accurate.

If you can't find RL-22, use MRP.

Loaded up some for a local friend... and after testing he found the most accurate in his rifle, was H 1000...

IMR 4831 and RL 19 were the next most accurate...

he didn't fill me in on which one provided max velocity..

Shooting 130 Ballistic Tips out of a MK V I've had good results with RE19, RE25, and IMR 7828. They were the first three I tried and all shot so well I stopped looking.

Consistent 1.5"-2" (5) shot groups @ 300 Yards
Mrk V Action with 26" Lilja Barrel

Great shooting load, near max pressure. As always, work up to it. Claimed a nice one shot bull at 580 yards a couple weeks ago.
