I might just buy myself a .375 and Bombay Bowler, then go shoot a Florida pig. That's about as close as I'll get. Think the experience would be the same as Africa?

Actually, with our heat and humidity that'd be more like hunting in India back in the day, wouldn't it?

That's good to know since that's about as close as I'll get. Maybe I'll just use my Mauser, pretend it's a Rigby, and pretend the pigs are man-eaters.

Probably not the same as a kudu in Namibia though.

Kudus in Namibia don't eat people.

He still has some big time convincing to do, and he has to talk the airlines into establishing a direct flight to Windhoek...plus he has to talk you in to going to round out the picture...

Hoping to make it back to So Africa 2016. I took my Winchester mod 70 338 last time, I'm thinking my Sako 375 H&H this next time.

Oh yeah, I'm in. I have some 275 Rigby 140 grain PSPs to try, as well as a few boxes of 175 grain solids for the really big stuff. I'm there!

have been very luck and went to Zim 12 and SA that past two Julys.
Probably will go back to SA in 16. Likely with Limcroma Safaris in the Limpopo,
I will go archery again and looking for Red Hartebeest, spring buck, bush buck, and maybe another kudu.

I can't decide what to do next. I've taken the 13 most common plains game species (still have gemsbok to take) and can't afford dangerous game (nor do I have the reflexes or coordination that one should have for that). I hate going after the little stuff like dik-dik.
