Its easy easy
I take a Dutch Oven and brown sausage Then add one diced onion and one garlic clove also diced Then add one bag of hash browns Cook until hash browns are fork tender Then take 12 eggs, whisk and pour into oven Let cook about 40 min or until eggs are firm Then top with a bag of shredded cheese and let cook until cheese melts
I made this Saturday, did the calling and also shot ducks in between cooking
Five of us eat it in no time Taste good in a duck blind at about 30*

Jigged and beaded G-10 is hard to beat on a usin' field knife. Those look great. David does a fine job on those scales, as well as on the blades. Glass bead blasted G-10, without the jiggin', makes for real fine knife scales too.

Went squirrel hunting this morning. Squirrels weren't active and I only managed three total. The old M39A with Williams peep and a Menefee Trapper...

Two of these dudes crossed away from me down the holler and the M39 did its thing. The "kiss of death" brought them around to me. One got in a brush pile and I couldn't dig it out but it's dead as Madonna's viginity. The other one posed...
