VZ-24 wearing a new Yugo barrel with a very nice black park finish...

Think I may break down and put this in a Micky...

Cool what happened to the original barrel or did you buy the whole thing?

Bought the action on an auction, already drilled tapped barrel removed...I swapped out the safety and the bottom metal, got the yugo barrel from Copes for $40, still packed in the cosmo. I figure that by the time I get it stocked I could have probably had a Montana...but they don't make those in 8x57.

Does anybody have a good pic of a Coyote bomber? I've been thinking 80/20 Olive/Black but saw a pic of the Coyote Bomber and it got my attention, would like to see a better pic if anybody has one.

Steelhead, that's the first Mcswirly I've seen that I really like. Is 'Coyote Bomber" the stock pattern or descriptive of the color/pct. or what? Looks like a real thin wrist. Nice.

Coyote Bomber is the color mix. The pattern for that stock should be the "Ruger R", as it appears to be a tang safety model and that's what McMillan makes for the tang safety guns. I have one and it feels like a really close duplicate of the old factory tang safety M77 stocks.

How do the colors break down in that, that is nice!!! Or do I just ask for a Coyote Bomber?

Coyote Bomber = 50/25/25.....Dk Gray/black/medium tan, respectively.
