Got out this morning to 8 degrees with no wind. Been blowing hard the last 4 days. The load I use is a 200gr TTSX on top of 48gr of H4895 lit by a WLR primer. It clocks 2575fps out of the 22" barrel. I can get them to go faster but the above load averages under .75MOA out to 250yds. The rifle is a Mark Penrod built Model 70 WSSM action with a Lilja No 5, 1-12 twist sitting in a B&C Coyote Lite stock. The scope is a Leupold VX-6 2-12X42 sitting in Talleys. CR

I know in my comments on the proposal I made sure to point out, that as written, the new rule would make a 223 shooting a 60gr Partition illegal, but a 300 RUM shooting a 110gr Vmax legal...
