I have a Benchmade griptilian Mel Pardue design that i use as my EDC. I am not really liking the kinda cheap feeling plasticky handle. Is it do-able to pop the handle off safely and stick some G-10 scales on it to make it feel a little more heavy duty?

Go over to Blade Forum click on Knife maker for sale. Then go to the Custom shop.There is a guy on there that works on Benchmades Griptilians

Knifeman, thank you for the link. He does his work in aluminum though. It does tell me that it can be done though. Thank you for that.

Wilkins makes some G10 grips for the Grip and Mini-Grip. They generally cost more than the knife themselves but are very nice looking.
