I've been considering camo cloth over myself while sitting in a camp chair

Your question is vague.
You thinking of a layout blind, or a pop up deer hunting one?

Good point. I was thinking of a pop up blind. Duck hunting over dekes.

How you gonna poke out a window and swing as well as raise up and shoot upwards outta one of those?
Need more info....
where are you hunting?
What's the terrain, the cover, etc....
One general question does say much for a recommendation.
You alone, dog, etc....

I dunno, but the few I've seen at Cabelas looked like they'd be pretty easy to shoot from, but I have no first-hand experience (which is why I'm asking since Cabelas doesn't give them away for free). As I said, I'm hunting over decoys and not looking for a setup for pass-shooting.

I was looking for knowledgeable contributions. If you didn't have any first hand experience with these pop up blinds, then why did you bother to respond?

I've got lots of experience with them, you don't and can't even give enough info so someone can help you.
What does a type of blind have to do with decoying birds or pass shooting??

Have fun and enjoy.

Some blinds have windows - limiting your range of swing. Some blinds have transluscent roofs - aiding your vision. Some blinds have flip open roofs - giving maximum shooting room. Some blinds are spring-steel hoops that sort-of "pop" open when you toss them on the ground. And some blinds are steel-framed and not something you'd want to carry on your back any distance. And that is just the sit-in-a-chair type blinds. The layout blinds are a whole nuther category.
