OP Firedude Campfire Member F Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 212 SD	Since my son shot his 2014 Black Hills deer, a 4x5 whitetail with an AR, I thought I would post pics here. Offhand at 83 yards. Black Hills Ammo 55gr PSPs: And a pic of his Pheasant hunting success, taken with a 12 gauge Benelli Nova: I support world peace...one carefully placed round at a time.

He was pretty excited. He's had good success hunting and is a good shot. This is his first big game animal with his AR, he has shot plenty of prairie dogs with it though. He usually uses his Thompson Encore Hunter in .308. He's a senior in high school and is looking at going to West Point or the Navel Academy. He has his congressional interviews coming up the first part of December. This will probably be the last deer season for him for quite sometime.
