Do you go to an actual gym for this stuff?

I'm wondering why you don't just do the WOD?

One word: Stretch pants. And not the ones pointer wears.

Did lower body/core yesterday, upper body today.

I do as I have no room for equipment at my house. It's a CF "box" (starting to hate the lingo/acronyms) so it's the owners programing and sometimes I think he just makes stuff up so as to not do the WOD. But, he does 2-3 workouts a day; the one he has us do, the WOD, and then something else.

Sometimes I think workouts he makes up are just to mess with me. FWIW, I still hate burpees and he knows it.

With CF, that's kind of his job, isn't it?

I guess, I don't know. But, why me??

I don't think I could stand going to an actual CF gym. Just the youtube videos alone are enough to make a guy gain a few douche bag points after viewing.

That's cool you have one near you though. Must be bearable.

Did a lower body/core workout at the gym yesterday, and 3 miles with a 43 lb pack today. The pack felt good, even on the hills.

This area is littered with them and some are WAY, WAY higher than others in douche bag points. The one I go to is way laid back. The main to selling points to me were, the first class is at 5am and it has a shower. Only way I can go given our schedules.

I like to yell "PALEO!" every time I crack a beer.

Awesome! I like to watch Biggest Loser, which I'm fat enough to be on, while inhaling a pint of Ben and Jerry's thinking they can see me.

I'm sorry. Adair had posted once that he was "the most in shape fat guy" he knew. I'm working to take that title from him.

On the upside, at least now I know someone is reading my posts. I used to be able to rely on TAK for criticism and insults about my workouts.

He can't even drag a pronghorn off the prairie.

Ha! Is he lost or just making stick furniture in the woods with his hatchet?

Did 4 miles with a loaded pack today, felt pretty good. Surgery Tuesday, gotta get in a few good workouts before then.

Good luck with the operation and post therapy.
The nurses will probably have you kicked out early.

Thanks Harry. Last time I was in, they tried to keep me a few days, kept wantin' to change my gown and such.

Between hunting PA & NY and my job I haven't had time to workout. That'll change next week I think.
