I probably hit more elk with a pickup than you have with a rifle. I have yet to see anyone claim Leupold has never had to fix an optic. I know I have sent a few back. 2 MK 6s, a VX-6, and 3 VX-111s.

I would have never guessed this, but when I google it, up comes, "how to camouflage a scope"

I think that may be a bore-snake type tool wrapped around the scope just to keep it with the rifle.
I could be wrong too, and then we'll both learn something.

Usually guys will secure bikini scope covers using a little bit of paracord like that, but since there seems to be no scope covers there.... I really do not know.

Is that Montana sling on the GAP rifle on upside down or is that the way they're generally strapped on?

Chuck did teach you something. I got the crab medication out before I leaned. Never saw a sling like that. Did you make it? This is how you use the Montana Sling to keep fleas away from you.
