Looking for a recommendation for a wild game processor in the Bozeman area. Primarily interested in smoked sausage and maybe some jerky. I live near Helena but I've already tried all in our area and Butte as well. Was using Sheep Mtn Meats in Livingston until they went out of business. Thanks for any assistance.

Flying Fur meat near Central Park makes the best meat sticks and summer sausage you will ever try. They are swamped through the holiday, but worth the wait. I have 40 pounds of trim waiting for them to slow down enough to get it done...

Thanks Kirk. I did look at their web site but was a bit put off by their prices ($5.00 a lb, right?). But if they're good enough to wait for they must be worth it.

Have you tried K&S Processing in Helena? What about Full Belly Deli in Townsend?
