Every time I visit this web sight my computer starts acting up! Am I the only experiencing this problem? Slows to a crawl and almost becomes non functional? Not a computer guy any thoughts would be appreciated.

Lot of ads here that are slow to load, and cause problems.
Most guys here use Firefox or Chrome for their browser and install a free add-on called Adblock Plus.
Solves all the problems, and speeds things up nicely.

Ya, goofy stuff here as well.
Typing a message is real slow and it's not typing all the letters I hit and I have to go back and fix lot of mistakes.

Solved my problems. Blocking 22 adds right now, that really clogs things up.

I do have firefox where can I go to get this add blocker?

Browsing the campfire on my IPad or phone is painful due to the very slow ads. Very painful.
With laptop and FireFox/AdBlocker I don't notice a thing. Perfectly fine.
