when outlaws attempt to run rampant, is there a methodology available to deal with them?
down here in the A T L, home breakins, car jackings, etc. are status quo.
proportinate projection of force, is that it?
i mean, do we kill a thug because he lusts after our big-screen tv? how do we stop that lust?

Hard to round up very many of em' when cops are preoccupied generating revenue for the municipality they work for. Traffic violations levied against people on their way to and from work seems to be the main function of most of em' nowadays, especially the highway patrol. They're tax collectors with a badge and a gun more than anything else.
Every day on this side of the ground is a win.

If I'm busting my butt to get that TV, you can bet stealing it could be worth your life. Many good folks work in dangerous occupations to fill their home with expensive items. If they have to risk their life to earn them, the bad guys have to risk their life to take them.
