What powder do you find the most consistent when the mercury drops? Right now my goto loads are with CFE223.... scary accurate...

H4895 or IMR8208. My rifle prefers the 8208 by a slight edge.

I use nothing but H4895 in the 204 Ruger .

26.6gr of Benchmark under a 35gr Berger is easy 1/2 MOA in my Savage VLP.

I really like RamShot XTerminator in my .204s and it seems to burn really clean too

Re-10x and 35g Bergers have the same point of aim/impact at 80 deg and 15 deg (F) for me. Chrony difference is <25fps, and my ES is half that.
