Working on project gun, a colt army special 32-20. Haven't reloaded the 32-20 before. What's everyones favorite bullet and powder for 32-20 revolver loads?

Ditto. Or mild loads of Unique or Bullseye for everyday shooting, and save full snot loads for "serious social encounters". Remember, those old Colts aren't as tough as current production revolvers- a steady diet of heavy loads on top of the thousands of shots that old girl has already digested could make her a bit rattly.

117 gr lead SWC over 4.5 of Unique is what I run in my Bisley and my Marlin 1894. Might be a shade warm for your Army Special, though, IDK.

It would be worth your time to find Brian Pearce's article on reloading for .32-20 handguns in the June 2014 Handloader. I'd let you borrow my copy, but I won't be back in NE Kansas for a few more weeks.
