Long story short:
Ordered another SK outfitter vest because I love the one I have. Well, it was sent wrong size. Women's XL instead of men's XL.
Some time has passed. I have no receipt, no proof of purchase whatsoever. No tags. It was not purchased directly from SK.
Stormy K. told me to send it in, and they would gladly exchange it for a men's XL. No hassle whatsoever. MOF, the lady on the phone was pleasant as could be, and I never even hinted at the possibility of an exchange. Wasn't even the reason why I called.
Can't beat that with a stick. And it makes me very happy. Not because I'm getting the new vest, but because I now like SK even more. And the fact that such great companies offering quality USA made products, backed by exceptional CS, still exist. SK being in my home state is even more icing on the cake.
I simply LOVE giving my money to such companies, as opposed to...... well you know...........
