I'm not much of a fan of the plastic swivels but i can live with it for the price and replace them if necessary. Free shipping with no minimum order today

+1 on the Brute swivels. They'll hold the sling on a rifle as good as anything else, plus they are silent, especially on a synthetic stock where the Uncle Mikes and such tend to make a "clacking" sound. I like them.

I ordered 2 of those slings and it cost me over 50 bucks!  'Cause they had .308 Hornady Interlock bullets on sale. And it's a well known fact that you can't have too many bullets.  And thanks for the heads up on the deal!

Little tip on the 1" wide nylon slings....rub a couple layers of shoe goo into the area where it contacts your shoulder to create a non-slip patch

I guess the deal was too good to be true. My order was cancelled and when I called they said the item was no longer available and that there has been a lag in internet inventory updating.
If anyone that ordered one after seeing my post please let me know if it ships.

I got an email this morning that said mine shipped 12/19. I ordered 2 slings and some bullets and everything shipped and should be delivered 12/23 according to Cabela's.
Sorry yours got cancelled.

Sorry yours got cancelled. Do you know if you ordered after I posted my initial post? If so I'm going to call and let them have an ear full. I didn't need anything else but with the free shipping and no minimum I decided to just get the 2 slings. If this is how they run promotional deals then I may be done with Cabelas

Allen I appreciate the offer Allen but I'm sure I can find something locally that will work out for a decent price. I'm glad it worked for some of you guys. Cabelas only excuse was that their inventory was lagging and not accurate. At least it wasn't an order I was depending on.
